Automotive software for India & the Middle East

Pricing

How our pricing works, and how you get a fixed quote

No two dealerships or fleets are the same, so we price by what you actually need. Here is how our engagement models work, what drives cost, and how you get a fixed quote.

Engagement models

Most clients start with one model and combine them over time, for example a ready-made customer app now and a custom back-office platform later.

What drives cost

Eight things that move the price

Knowing these before the first call helps us give you a realistic range faster.

01

Modules and features

A booking app costs less than a full DMS with sales, F&I, workshop, parts and accounting. We price by the modules you actually need.

02

Users, branches and brands

More locations, roles and brands mean more configuration, reporting and permissions to design and test.

03

Platforms

Web only, or web plus Android and iOS. Cross-platform frameworks keep the cost of adding mobile down.

04

Integrations

Standard gateways and maps are quick. OEM feeds, ERP, telematics hardware and legacy systems take more work.

05

Depth of customisation

Configuring a ready-made app is cheap. Designing bespoke workflows, documents and dashboards is where custom budgets go.

06

Data migration

Clean exports from one system are simple. Years of spreadsheets across branches need mapping, cleaning and validation.

07

Languages and compliance

Arabic and English interfaces, VAT and e-invoicing rules such as ZATCA or GST add scope that generic products ignore.

08

Hosting and support level

Shared cloud hosting with business-hours support costs less than dedicated infrastructure with faster response commitments.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Straight answers to what buyers ask us most. Can't find what you need?

Ask us directly
Why do you not publish fixed prices for every product?

Because the same DMS can be a single-branch set-up or a multi-country platform. We publish ranges where our scope is standard, such as taxi apps, and quote everything else after a short scoping call so the price reflects your business.

How much does a dealer management system cost?

AutoTech360 DMS has a one-off implementation fee and a licence. Both depend on modules, branches, users, integrations and migration. Single-site dealers with a few modules sit at the lower end; multi-location groups with F&I, workshop, parts and accounting sit higher. We will give you a range on the first call once we know your set-up.

Do you charge for the demo or the scoping call?

No. The demo, discovery call and initial recommendation are free and carry no obligation.

What are the payment terms?

Ready-made apps and platforms have a set-up or implementation fee and a monthly or annual licence. Custom projects are split into milestones, typically a deposit at kick-off and payments as each phase is accepted. Dedicated teams and support plans bill monthly.

Are hosting and support included?

Licences include updates and support. AutoTech360 DMS, CRM, Price Stand, Rental, Car Wash and Roadside run on your own cloud account or servers, so your data stays in your database; our taxi, car service, spare parts and car sales apps can be hosted by us within the licence. For custom builds we quote hosting and a support plan separately so you can choose the level you need, or host it yourself.

Can we start small and add modules later?

Yes. Most clients launch with the modules that solve their biggest problem and add more in later phases. Both ready-made and custom options are designed to grow.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

INR for Indian clients and USD, AED or SAR for clients in the Middle East. Bank transfer is standard; card payment is available for licences.
