About these terms

These terms apply when you use autotech360.com, including its pages, free tools, calculators and downloadable brochures (together, “the website”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Client work is covered by separate agreements

These terms cover use of the website only. Software licences, implementation, custom development and support are provided under a separate written agreement or signed proposal between us and the client. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Product descriptions, features, price ranges, timelines and engagement models are given in good faith to help you plan, and are confirmed only in a written proposal.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You must not:

use the website in a way that breaks any law or harms the website, us or anyone else
try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems
send spam, malicious code or automated requests designed to overload the website
submit false information through our forms, or information about someone else without their permission

Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors, or that the website will always be available. Case study results describe what happened for a particular client and are not a promise of the same results for you.

Free tools, calculators and checklists

The fleet ROI calculator, taxi app cost calculator, DMS readiness checklist and similar tools give estimates based on the figures and assumptions you enter. They are for planning only and are not financial, legal or professional advice. What you enter stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, screenshots, brochures, logos and software are owned by AutoTech360 or used with permission. You may view, download and print pages and brochures for your own business use, and share links to them. You must not copy, republish, sell or adapt website content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Other companies’ names and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean a partnership or endorsement.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, such as social media profiles, app stores and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.
