Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AutoTech360 (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit autotech360.com or contact us. We are based at 1st Floor, No. 39/1, 3rd Street, Nehru Nagar, Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641006, India.
We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Where they apply to visitors and clients in those regions, we also follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and demo forms: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, the service you are interested in, your preferred demo format, your message, and the page you sent it from.
- Brochure downloads: your work email, the brochure you asked for and the page you were on.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics, only if you accept: if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (city or country), and your device and browser type. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
- Video previews: on pages with a product video, the preview image is loaded from YouTube’s image server (i.ytimg.com), which receives your IP address and browser details. The video player itself loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not have user accounts on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.
How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange demos, send brochures and prepare proposals.
- To provide and support our services if you become a client.
- To understand and improve how the website performs, if you have accepted analytics.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, which you give by ticking the privacy checkbox or by requesting a brochure, and when you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. We may also rely on our legitimate uses permitted by law, such as keeping the site secure, and on contractual necessity once you are a client. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:
- Web3Forms: receives website form and brochure submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Google: Google Analytics, if you accept analytics cookies, and YouTube for video previews and videos you choose to play.
- Our website hosting provider: serves the website and keeps security logs.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. Your chat is then also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
Some of these providers process data outside India and outside your own country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer and on the cross-border transfer rules that apply under the DPDP Act, the UAE and Saudi data protection laws and, where relevant, the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to respond and follow up, or for as long as we have a business relationship with you. After that, we keep it only where the law requires us to. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- ask us to correct, complete or update it
- ask us to erase it
- withdraw your consent at any time, including for analytics through Cookie settings at the foot of every page (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it)
- nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated (under the DPDP Act)
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India or to the data protection authority in your country, such as the UAE Data Office, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or, if the GDPR applies, your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@autotech360.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within the time required by law.
Cookies
Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Decline, or do nothing, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page; declining later also deletes the analytics cookies.

The website works fully if you decline analytics or block cookies and local storage.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as social media profiles. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
